I am a former CPA and have served as CFO and CEO for both privately held and publicly traded companies for the past 35 years.   I have vast experience in finance, manufacturing, operations, marketing and media across several industries inculding housewares, televisi0n, film, online retail, automotive, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and many others.  Since taking a large nationally-known product marketing company public in 2005, I have spent the past 16 years consulting with client-companies, helping them grow or restructure by analyzing operations, focusing on productivity, and eliminating the inefficiencies that arise over time because the bottom line is always profits.
